Dhubri: The sleuths of Assam’s Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) on Friday apprehended the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dhubri zila parishad and his assistant district programme manager (ADPM) for allegedly accepting bribes, officials said.
