Asphere to acquire stake in Bitkub Online

Bitkub Online BO blockchain SET Crypto
Mr Pramoth said the firm recognises the tremendous opportunities arising from blockchain technology, which is set to play a vital role in the future.

The board of directors of SET-listed Asphere Innovations on June 30 approved the purchase of 9.22% of the total authorised share capital in Bitkub Online Co (BO) from Bitkub Capital Group Holdings Co for no more than 600 million baht as part of an expansion of Asphere's presence in the blockchain and crypto market.

The share purchase is expected to be completed on July 31, according to Asphere's filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand last week.
