Askar Mozharov, ex-UFC fighter accused of falsifying record, flagged by Nevada for positive drug test

The Nevada Athletic Commission has suspended Askar Mozharov in the wake of a positive drug test stemming from his lone UFC appearance.

At a monthly commission meeting Tuesday, it was announced that Mozharov has been temporarily suspended after he tested positive for GW1516 sulfone, a hormone and metabolic modulator, in a drug test surrounding his June 4 loss to Alonzo Menifield at UFC Fight Night 207.
