NEW DELHI: The Indian men's four rowing team put up a remarkable performance at the Asian Games, securing a bronze medal and coming close to snatching silver from the Chinese. In a closely contested race, the Indian quartet consisting of Jaswinder Singh, Bheem Singh, Punit Kumar, and Ashish Goliyan found themselves neck-and-neck with the Chinese team during the final 500 meters.
Unfortunately, a stroke of bad luck struck in the last 20 meters, causing them to narrowly miss out on silver.
