NEW DELHI: Pakistan have encountered an injury concern with their fast bowler, Naseem Shah, who appeared to have hurt his left arm during a Super-Four fixture of the Asia Cup against Bangladesh in Lahore on Wednesday.

The incident occurred when Naseem made a full-length dive to his left in an attempt to stop the ball after Bangladesh's Mohammad Naim flicked it to fine leg off Shaheen Afridi's bowling.
