Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis moved into their LA farmhouse months before COVID; after 5 years of construction, its solar system now powers the entire property

When Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis moved into their Los Angeles farmhouse, they had no idea a global pandemic was just months away. The couple had envisioned a sustainable family home, but the COVID-19 shutdown gave them a new perspective on the value of having a self-sufficient property.

The couple, who married in 2015, spent five years turning their vision of a family farmhouse into reality. “We had this grand idea and then we moved in four months before COVID hit. We didn’t realize how incredible it was to have a fully sustainable house until the world shut down,” Kunis told C Magazine earlier.
