Ashley Banjo and wife Francesca Abbot split after 16 years as he shares statement

Ashley Banjo has announced his split from his wife Francesca Abbot, with who he shares two children.

The Diversity star announced the couple's split in a long statement on Instagram, where he said they made the "difficult decision" to separate nearly 18 months ago.

The statement made clear the couple's main priority would always be to their children.
