Ash Regan insists she will respect final result of SNP leadership contest

Ash Regan has said she will accept the outcome of the SNP leadership contest - despite the party rejecting her call for members to be allowed to change their votes.

The leadership candidate said she feels “vindicated” by a spate of high-profile resignations from the party.

Voting for the person who will replace Nicola Sturgeon as SNP leader ends on Monday.
