Following criticism from poverty campaigner Jack Monroe, supermarket giant Asda has promised to stock its full Smart Price and Farm Stores products in all stores.
This comes as Jack shared on social media that several items from the Smart Price range were no longer available online.
As energy prices are set to double in April and National Insurance rates are to rise, Jack has been looking into the cost of food prices in comparison to previous years.

They argued that the lack of value items in the range forced shoppers to buy more expensive products.
The cook and author used the example of Asda discontinuing their Smart Price 1kg bag of rice that was sold online at 45p, with the cheapest replacement costing a minimum of £1.20.
According to exclusive research for The Grocer by Assosia, prices of a typical budget shopping basket has soared in just 12 months.
The research highlighted that prices were a staggering 56 percent higher than a year ago for a basket of the cheapest products highlighted by Jack Monroe..
Asda has now responded and after taking the campaigner's comments 'on board', they are now promising its full budget range across all stores and online.
The supermarket says that it currently stocks 150 Smart Price and Farm Stores products across their 300 stores.
But by March 1, it plans to introduce all 200 products into all food stores.
The Grocer reports that already Asda has added 100 products from the value ranges online, making the total 187.
Meg Farren, Asda's chief customer officer, said: "We want to help our customers' budgets stretch further and have taken on board the comments about the availability of our Smart Price range made by Jack Monroe.
"We are taking steps to put our full Smart Price and Farm Stores ranges in store and online to make these products as accessible as possible."
Tweeting Jack following Asda's announcement, shopper Mark Hudson said: "I went to ASDA and I saw many Smart Price items. I just want to thank you.
"You have done more to cut down on food poverty more than these current MPs ever will."
Milly Jo Winship agreed and said: "Did an Asda shop today and lots more Smart Price items on offer than usual thank you xx Family of six on low income."
"Don't normally post anything but just had to say how grateful I am for @BootstrapCook in getting the Smart Price range from Asda to double for home delivery, it really means a lot, you've made a real difference to our lives!" A third praised Jack.
