Supermarket giant Asda has left its shoppers "appalled" after introducing new rules on how many items they can purchase from their new budget range.
The Big Four grocer's newly expanded Just Essentials range dropped in-stores earlier this year in a bid to help cash-strapped shoppers get their groceries on a budget during the cost of living crisis.
However, due to popular demand, the supermarket has had to introduce a temporary limit on how much shoppers can purchase - only allowing a maximum of three of each product per customer.
