As fifth COVID-19 vaccine becomes available, many at-risk Australians are still behind on boosters

All Australian adults are now eligible for a fifth COVID-19 vaccine, but data shows millions of people are yet to get their third and fourth doses, including those in high-risk groups. 

The federal government has announced all adults who have not had a COVID-19 jab or been infected in the past six months can get an additional booster shot.
