Arvind SmartSpaces shares rally 11% as bookings cross Rs 500 crore in Bengaluru project

Shares of Arvind SmartSpaces surged 10.83% to Rs 651.95 on the BSE in Wednesday’s trading session after the real estate developer announced strong customer response to its latest premium residential project, Arvind Sylva – The Green Reserve, in Bengaluru.

The company said bookings for the project crossed Rs 500 crore within 30 days of its launch, translating into approximately 60% inventory absorption by value. Arvind SmartSpaces acquired the project on an outright basis in February 2026, with an estimated topline potential of around Rs 860 crore.
