New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday approached the Rouse Avenue Court with a new application, claiming that he has not been served the sanction copy in the Enforcement Directorate (ED) case against him.
In his plea, Kejriwal pointed out that during a recent hearing in the Delhi High Court, the Solicitor General representing the ED stated that the required sanction had been obtained when the chargesheet was filed.
