"Throughout my career, I have operated ahead of institutional timelines, building frameworks that translate complex technological shifts into accessible learning systems," he says. "In every major transition, institutions take time to respond," he says. "The individuals and organizations that succeed are the ones who build their own pathways to understanding before those systems catch up."

This philosophy led to the founding of XR Academy in 2022.
