Arthur Fery vs Grigor Dimitrov LIVE: Wimbledon 2026 latest result and reaction as Brit wins five-set epic

Epic encounter: Arthur Fery saw off Grigor Dimitrov in an extraordinary Centre Court clash - (Getty)

Arthur Fery vs Grigor Dimitrov - LIVE!

The British singles hopes at Wimbledon continue to rest solely on Arthur Fery’s shoulders as he takes on Grigor Dimitrov in the fourth round at Wimbledon. Before these championships, Fery had only won a total of two Grand Slam matches in his career. Victory on Centre Court this afternoon and he will book his place in the quarter-finals on home soil.

It has already been a remarkable run from the wildcard. Fery needed four sets to battle through his two opening matches and then went the full five against Zizou Bergs in an extraordinary encounter that lasted not far off five hours. The Briton has battled angry opponents and persistent nosebleeds over the last week but he has managed to drag himself through.

Dimitrov is also coming into this off the back of a five-setter after edging past Matteo Berrettini in the third round. The 35-year-old has lost at this stage of Wimbledon in each of the last three years, though was unfortunate to do so 12 months ago when having to retire due to injury as he held a two-set lead over Jannik Sinner. He will take on Flavio Cobolli for a place in the Wimbledon semi-finals.

That will be a huge test but Fery will not be fearing anyone at the moment.

It is going to be another blockbuster occasion.

20:23 , Matt Verri

A huge ovation for Dimitrov as he makes his way off Centre Court. If he was playing anyone else today, he’d probably have had the crowd right behind him.

Unfortunately for him, he was playing a British player. And a British player who is now through to the Wimbledon quarter-finals.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 *5-6 Fery

20:04 , Matt Verri

Dimitrov absolutely furious with himself.

Starts the game with a perfect volley, but then nets a much simpler one. 15-15.

Groans as the crowd think Fery has gone long - just as well they’re not umpiring. That was in.

But then he can only find the net. And guess where that leaves us? 30-30. Like it has been seemingly for about an hour.

Fery a bit fortunate his forehand clips the tape and lands in, but makes the most of it with a confident volley. 40-30.

There’s the hold! This has been a massive effort from the Brit. Now to throw the kitchen sink at Dimitrov’s serve.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 5-5* Fery

19:59 , Matt Verri

Dimitrov just misses the line, adds to the pressure on his shoulders. But follows it with an ace.

The Bulgarian then produces an outrageously good drop volley. As good as it gets, considering the tension. 30-15.

Dimitrov’s slice is wide, 30-30. More ‘come on’ shouts from Fery, more conducting of the crowd. He is whipping them up.

That’s so good from Dimitrov. Forehand gets him out of trouble, such clean hitting. On we go....

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 *4-5 Fery

19:55 , Matt Verri

Dimitrov did not catch that return anything like cleanly, but it turned into a pretty decent drop shot. Fery can’t respond. 15-30.

He can respond to that, though. Great first serve out wide and an even better swinging volley. 30-30, for a change.

Dimitrov tries to force the issue, but gets the backhand down the line all wrong.

Game point for Fery... but he then produces one hell of a framed forehand. Looked for a couple of seconds like that ball might be flying out of Centre Court. Deuce.

Fery holds! Gets there with sublime touch at the net. He’s a game away!

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 4-4* Fery

19:49 , Matt Verri

Good decision from Fery. Pass comes flying at him, he leaves it... and it lands long.

Feels like near enough every game is going to 30-30 at this stage.

We’re here again and Fery waves his arms in the air, demanding more noise. He gets a huge roar in response.

Some response from Dimitrov. Forehand winner, bang on the line. 40-30.

“Let’s goooo” shouts Dimitrov. He holds.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 *3-4 Fery

19:44 , Matt Verri

Inches away from 0-30.

Fery up to the net, Dimitrov lobs it over him and it is so, so close to catching a piece of the line.

Backhand from Fery has too much on it. 30-30. Massive couple of points coming up.

Fery wins them both! One winner from his side, one unforced error from Dimitrov. That’ll do.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 3-3* Fery

19:41 , Matt Verri

Slight delay as four ball kids stare at the ball on the court, forgetting what their primary job is. One of them reluctantly moves after some encouragement.

Dimitrov then swivels away in frustration after netting a simple enough volley.

But Fery then goes for too much on the second-serve return and Dimitrov is off the hook. Nothing to split them.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 *2-3 Fery

19:36 , Matt Verri

Forehand from Fery loops towards the baseline. Point before it caught the line. This time it’s long.

Bit of pressure at 15-30, but no sign of it as he confidently moves up to the net and puts away the overhead.

Fery’s box on their feet when he grinds down Dimitrov in the next rally and forces the mistake.

The Bulgarian with a very loose unforced error to finish the game. Fery leads once more.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 2-2* Fery

19:31 , Matt Verri

Puff of chalk flies up as Dimitrov just about finds the baseline. Perfect.

No drama in this game at all. Ace out wide and it’s another hold for Dimitrov without dropping a point.

Looking very good on serve again.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 *1-2 Fery

19:28 , Matt Verri

Most of the emotion has been coming from Fery in this match but Dimitrov shakes his racket after getting to 15-30.

‘Come on’ shout from the other side of the court as the Dimitrov forehand goes long. 30-30.

The Bulgarian is then wrong-footed and cramped for room, can only find the net.

There’s the hold. Fery edges back in front.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 1-1* Fery

19:24 , Matt Verri

Dimitrov would love a solid, stress-free game to settle things down after surrendering control of this match.

He gets exactly that. Hold to love, sealed with a superb backhand flick crosscourt.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 *0-1 Fery

19:21 , Matt Verri

As you’d expect, Centre Court is absolutely loving this.

Neither player goes off court after the end of the fourth set, so straight back into the action.

Fery to serve first and in keeping with the last half an hour or so, they’re locked at 30-30.

The Brit battles his way to a hold.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-6 Fery

19:15 , Matt Verri

Fery is flying!

Puts away the forehand winner and that’s 0-30. Two points away from winning the set.

Three set points! Dimitrov nets a routine volley. Surely it’s decider time now.

Not quite yet, Dimitrov saves the first of them. And there goes the second, with a swing of that one-handed backhand.

BUT FERY DOES FORCE A DECIDER! Stunning pass.

Settle in!

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 *4-5 Fery

19:11 , Matt Verri

We’ve had a long stretch of tight games, but Fery is rattling through this.

Ace out wide, 40-0. This game has only taken a minute so far.

Dimitrov hammers a backhand into the net and it’s a rapid hold to love. Fery a break away from sending this to a decider.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 4-4* Fery

19:09 , Matt Verri

Another twist?

Fery with great hands to drop the volley over and he is still clawing away. 15-30.

Two break points! Dimitrov falling backwards, can’t control the forehand. Fery has to take one of these.

There goes the first, unreturned first serve.

But Fery takes the second! He will not lie down. Back on serve. Again.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 *4-3 Fery

19:04 , Matt Verri

What is that?!

Fery can only flick the ball up for Dimitrov at the net. He can do literally whatever he wants with it - but gets far too casual and sends it miles wide. Terrible miss.

But it’s another game that goes to 30-30. Fery can’t quite make the backhand down the line.

Break point! Lovely winner from Dimitrov. Huge, huge point coming up.

Dimitrov breaks! Vicious slice, backed up with a calm volley at the net.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 3-3* Fery

18:59 , Matt Verri

Dimitrov could do with a steady game to regain some momentum. Fery has found a second (or third, or fourth) wind.

He tries to hammer a forehand winner down the line, but it misses by a fair way. 30-30. Every game a battle at the moment.

That helps. Ace. Fery hops up and down in irritation.

Brit then slaps an attempted pass into the net. Dimitrov levels the set up.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 *2-3 Fery

18:55 , Matt Verri

Fery frustrated with himself after the latest unforced error, but his cause is helped by Dimitrov then netting his attempted pass. 30-30.

The Brit still very much believes. Big fist pump to his box after an unreturned first serve.

Backed up with an ace. Fery leads again in the fourth set.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 2-2* Fery

18:52 , Matt Verri

Not quite a cruise to the finish line. Not yet, anyway. Double fault from Dimitrov, 30-30.

Well, well, well. Break point! Dimitrov’s forehand sails long. Fery still in this.

He breaks back! Back on serve in the fourth. We have a game on our hands again.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 *2-1 Fery

18:46 , Matt Verri

Here we go again. Dimitrov continues to push Fery on his service games. Another break point coming up.

And he takes it!

Return is too good. Dimitrov is a break up in the fourth set. Fery has a mountain to climb now.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 1-1* Fery

18:43 , Matt Verri

Aggressive from Fery, stepping into the second serve and firing the return right on the baseline. Dimitrov can’t get it back.

But Fery has his hands on his hops next point, starting up at his box. A 14th ace from Dimitrov.

That’s better, Fery up to the net and puts away the volley. Deuce.

Dimitrov comes through that brief pressure. Confident overhead levels up the set.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 *0-1 Fery

18:38 , Matt Verri

All the pressure on Fery... so he could do without this.

Dimitrov flicks a backhand pass crosscourt and it’s 15-30. Immediate stress for Fery.

Fery saves it! Needed two attempts at the overhead but eventually puts it away.

That’s a great hold. Dimitrov with a wild forehand and Fery gets up and running in the fourth set.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 6-4 Fery

18:31 , Matt Verri

Fery throws his racket high up into the air after failing to make that pass. Would have got him to 0-30.

Instead it’s 30-15 as Dimitrov shows him how it’s done next point.

Set point, ace once again down the T. Fery hasn’t been able to read that all match.

Not the best volley from Dimitrov, Fery has a good look at the pass... wide.

That’s the set for Dimitrov!

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 *5-4 Fery

18:26 , Matt Verri

Fery serving to stay in the set.

He’s got problems, too. 0-30 and Dimitrov will fancy his chances of getting it done here.

Ooooh, that was a chance. Routine forehand sent long, lets Fery slightly off the hook. And then he’s off balance as another unforced error makes it 30-30.

Make that deuce. Bit of a concern for Fery as he twists awkwardly and looks to have jarred something. Gets up gingerly but thumbs up to Dimitrov suggests he’s okay.

Great pass from Fery, right at the toes of Dimitrov. Advantage is his.

There’s the hold. Question has at least been asked of Dimitrov.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 5-3* Fery

18:22 , Matt Verri

Relentless serving from Dimitrov continues.

Another ace to add to the tally, gets him up to double figures. Speed gun has him up at 137mph.

Too good. One more ace, again down the T. Fery doesn’t move. Hold to love.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 *4-3 Fery

18:19 , Matt Verri

Bit of a contrast here for Fery. Just the 70 seconds into this game and he’s 40-0 up.

Make that 90 seconds and a hold, as Dimitrov sends a return sailing beyond the baseline.

Fery still just about within touching distance.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 4-2* Fery

18:17 , Matt Verri

Fery swats away a ball in frustration after sending it long.

Knows he needs to find a break to get back into this set but it’s not coming here.

Ace down the T from Dimitrov and he has another simple hold. Closing in on a two sets to one lead.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 *3-2 Fery

18:13 , Matt Verri

This game has gone on for almost eight minutes so far.

It’s over now though. Second serve for Dimitrov to attack but he sends it long.

Fery grinds his way to a gutsy hold.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 3-1* Fery

18:11 , Matt Verri

Dimitrov on the charge - how on earth has he won that point?!

Up to the net, stumbles, and just about flicks it over while on the floor. Then also manages to get to Fery’s flicked shot, lobbing it perfectly over him. Outrageously good.

Fery then nets a backhand, deuce. Can’t afford to be broken here.

SHOT! Stunning from Dimitrov, crosscourt pass at full stretch. Break point. Ferry saves it, he’s hanging on in this set. Dimitrov with the poor slice into the net.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 3-1* Fery

18:04 , Matt Verri

This is more from the positive column.

Dimitrov pushing Fery back behind the baseline and then coming forward to the net to finish points.

Slams down an ace out wide and that’s a swift hold to love.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 *2-1 Fery

18:02 , Matt Verri

Tough to know what to make of this from Dimitrov.

There’s been flashes of brilliance, some really solid serving, but plenty of unforced errors.

Up to 20 now, seven more than Fery. Couple more here get Fery on the board in the set.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 2-0* Fery

17:58 , Matt Verri

That’s a poor miss. Ball sat up for Dimitrov to put away, but he leathers a forehand wide. 15-30, opening for Fery.

More than that now - two break points! Dimitrov sends the volley long. Loose game just as he looked to be right on top.

Ace out wide saves the first. And the serve and forehand has returned just in time, seeing off the second too.

There’s the hold. Dimitrov consolidates the break.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 *1-0 Fery

17:53 , Matt Verri

Maybe taking that break wasn’t the best idea.

Dimitrov looks really sharp and Fery has no answers for it at the moment. 0-40 and three break points.

And Dimitrov takes the first of them! Drop shot to bring Fery forward and then a simple volley into the open court.

Ominous signs for the Brit.

17:51 , Matt Verri

At long, long last, Fery has returned.

Almost nine minutes between the last point of the second set and this one now getting underway.

Too long, but we’ve got here eventually. Fery to serve first.

17:49 , Matt Verri

Fery left the court between sets and it’s proving to be a lengthy wait.

Dimitrov pacing around behind the baseline waiting for him, glaring over at that side of the court waiting for Fery to appear again.

Dimitrov 5-7 6-3 Fery

17:41 , Matt Verri

Dimitrov’s first serve just about catches the line. Fery wants a replay and it shows the ball was in.

Think a fair few in the crowd think that was far Fery’s shot which followed and went out - they’re going to be very disappointed when they realise it was just showing Dimitrov’s serve was in.

Two set points for him.

One will do! Fery goes long with the return and it’s all level!

Dimitrov 5-7 *5-3 Fery

17:39 , Matt Verri

Another massive shank from Fery. Went straight up and a long way up at that. Must have been five of those already.

Followed by an almighty ‘I love you Roger’ shout from someone in the crowd. Federer pretends he didn’t heat it. Wise.

Fery’s drop shot brings Dimitrov forward, but the backhand winner just about catches the line. Fery can’t believe it. 30-30.

Absolutely perfect slice puts Dimitrov in all sorts of trouble and he can’t get it back. But Fery then finds the net. Deuce.

Break point Dimitrov - terrible backhand from the Brit and a terrible time for it.

Broken! Only took a couple of loose points and Dimitrov breaks. He’ll serve for the set.

Dimitrov 5-7 4-3* Fery

17:32 , Matt Verri

There have been some glorious volleys from Dimitrov in this match.

Here’s another, striding up to the net and putting it away with soft hands.

Not much soft about this 134mph but it does the job. Pressure back on Fery.

Dimitrov 5-7 *3-3 Fery

17:29 , Matt Verri

Clean winners exchanged at the start of this game.

Dimitrov goes for another run as he scrambles across the court, but that flies well out.

Ace to wrap up the hold for Fery. Another tight start to a set in this match.

Dimitrov 5-7 3-2* Fery

17:26 , Matt Verri

It looks like being cleaner from Dimitrov in this service games.

Forehand not letting him down, in control of the baseline rallies. Another point he’s in control of gets him to 40-0.

Oh, maybe not. Return winner from Ferry and Dimitrov then slices again into the net. 40-30.

Fery can’t keep the pressure on, though. Return sails long.

Dimitrov 5-7 *2-2 Fery

17:22 , Matt Verri

Dimitrov trying to pile the pressure on Fery, but a couple of returns drop a few inches beyond the baseline. Not far off being perfect.

That’s a long way from being perfect - tame slice low into the net.

Fery whips a lovely forehand winner down the line to seal another stress-free hold.

Dimitrov 5-7 2-1* Fery

17:19 , Matt Verri

Long, tense rally. Dimitrov makes the first move to the net, Fery with the flat backhand down the line and Dimitrov nets the volley. Deuce.

Centre Court really engaged with this match, willing Fery on.

Ripple of applause instead when Dimitrov sends down a swinging ace. More generous cheers next point as Dimitrov holds with a gorgeous volley.

Dimitrov 5-7 *1-1 Fery

17:14 , Matt Verri

Should be a comfortable enough volley for Fery, but he nets it. 15-30 and a bit of pressure.

Fery then finds the net again and Dimitrov suddenly has two break points. His first of the match.

Both saved! First serve gets Fery out of some trouble and Dimitrov then slices wide. Deuce.

Looks certain to be another break point as Dimitrov launches the crosscourt pass at Fery, but the volley is such a good one. Dropped over the net.

Another first serve. Hold. Crucial one, too.

Dimitrov 5-7 1-0* Fery

17:10 , Matt Verri

Dimitrov back to what he was doing for most of that set, rattling through a service game.

Main delay is a champagne cork being popped and it sounds like it has taken a few people with it. Serious bang.

Once that is sorted out and everyone is accounted for, Dimitrov wraps up the hold.

Dimitrov 5-7 Fery

17:06 , Matt Verri

Not for the first time this afternoon, it comes right off the frame from Fery.

He’s helped by Dimitrov then finding the net a couple of times. Standard has definitely dropped from him and Fery has stepped up massively in the last ten minutes.

Dimitrov with a wild backhand, gifts Fery two set points. First one saved, Dimitrov didn’t connect cleanly with the volley at all but that worked out for him.

Fery takes the second! Big serve out wide and he’s a set up on Centre!

Deep groundstrokes then have Dimitrov off balance and he finds the net. 0-30.

Three break points! Fery dominating from the back of the court all of a sudden. Just needed me to say there haven’t been any break points and jinx it.

Fery breaks! Huge roar around Centre Court. Perfect return and that’s a sensational game from the Brit. He’ll serve for the set.

Dimitrov *5-5 Fery

16:58 , Matt Verri

You can all breathe easy. Federer has arrived on the front row of the Royal Box. All is well in the world again.

Fery serving to stay in the set and he’s looking comfortable doing so. Finding his spots with the first serve well.

Great return from Dimitrov gets him back to 40-30, but Fery holds with a second serve that kicks up.

Still no break points for either player.

Dimitrov 5-4* Fery

16:54 , Matt Verri

It’s happened!

Dimitrov loses a point on serve! Forehand floats long and Fery has landed a punch after 27 minutes.

And he’s got a taste for it now, deciding it’s quite fun to win points on Dimitrov’s serve. Rushes to the net and forces the mistake. 15-30.

Dimitrov, though, reels off three points in a row. Fery had a look at the pass but couldn’t quite make it.

Dimitrov *4-4 Fery

16:51 , Matt Verri

Hasn’t missed a shot in his own service games but Dimitrov a bit looser when looking for the break. This forehand barely makes it halfway up the net.

Then goes long with that one. Fery 40-0 up and hasn’t had to do much.

Nothing wrong with those two forehands, though. Fery scrambling around the baseline in defence but eventually Dimitrov has a simple overhead to put away.

This game but not be done yet. Fery with a shank that almost troubles the Royal Box, that’s 40-30. Slice into the net - deuce.

Big ‘come on’ shout from Fery as he serves his way out of trouble. Big hold.

Dimitrov 4-3* Fery

16:45 , Matt Verri

Here we go again. Ace down the T from Dimitrov.

The ball-striking clinic continues with another free flowing swing of his forehand. Clean winner. Just the 14 points in a row on serve now.

Serve and volley is too good. 15. And again! That’s four love holds on the bounce. Relentless.

Dimitrov *3-3 Fery

16:43 , Matt Verri

Still no sign of Federer in the Royal Box. Must be some nice food he’s tucking into.

He misses a great point. Fery twice just about catches the outside of the line and Dimitrov can’t quite then flick a backhand pass beyond him. Just long.

Fery is serving well, getting a good stream of cheap points behind it. Holds again.

Dimitrov 3-2* Fery

16:39 , Matt Verri

Two confident volleys make it ten points in a row on serve to start the match for Dimitrov.

Ace down the T. That’s 11. Another unreturned first serve. That’s 12.

Not a bad start, is it?

16:37 , Matt Verri

That’s a ridiculously good shot. Dimitrov on the run, full stretch and he manages to still nail a flat forehand down the line. Just dropped in.

Fery keen to keep coming to the net, having mixed success. Didn’t work that, chance for Dimitrov at 15-30.

Good response from the Brit. Clever forehand wrongfoots Dimitrov and he then slams down an ace. And then a lovely backhand winner down the line.

Great few points for Fery to hold.

Dimitrov 2-1* Fery

16:33 , Matt Verri

Cleaner hitting is certainly coming from Dimitrov’s racket. Works Fery around the court and then puts away the forehand.

It’s another swift hold to love for Dimitrov. He’s yet to drop a point on serve.

Dimitrov *1-1 Fery

16:30 , Matt Verri

First really rally of the match and Fery gets himself on the board. Dimitrov slaps the forehand wide.

That might settle some nerves, but the next point won’t. Fery shanks a forehand so high it probably would have hit the roof had it been shut.

Pretty solid game apart from that. Dimitrov slices into the net and Fery gets his first hold.

Dimitrov 1-0* Fery

16:26 , Matt Verri

Dimitrov to serve first. Swings it out wide to start, Fery can’t get it back. He’s up and running.

Couple more of those to follow. Fery not really able to get into that game at all, as Dimitrov cruises to a hold to love.

First Centre Court appearance for Fery.

He might be wondering what all the fuss is about with the Royal Box.

He’s walked out to pretty much four empty rows. Roger Federer, among others, will return at some point. Hopefully.

Here we go!

Big cheers around Centre Court as the players walk out. Still a very hot afternoon.

Both have played a lot of tennis over the last week. Who has recovered best and is able to keep any niggles at bay will be key.

Next up!

Jasmine Paolini has beaten Alexandra Eala in three sets.

The Italian lost her first set at Wimbledon this year 6-0, but she has been in impressive form since then.

Dimitrov and Fery will be out on court next. Should be about 15 minutes away.

Dimitrov wants to rewrite Centre Court narrative

16:01 , Matt Verri

A year ago, Grigor Dimitrov was on the verge of a stunning fourth-round win over Jannik Sinner.

He was two sets up on Centre Court when he suffered a freak injury to his right pectoral.

Dimitrov had to retire. Sinner scraped through and went on to win the title.

It could all have been very different and Dimitrov will be hoping to create much happier Centre Court memories this afternoon.

Shock over on Court 1

15:49 , Matt Verri

Not sure we saw that coming.

Alex de Minaur has been beaten in straight sets by Flavio Cobolli - superb performance from the Italian.

He’s swatted De Minaur and he’ll face either Fery or Dimitrov in the quarter-finals.

Cobolli, who made it to the final of the French Open, reached the last-eight at Wimbledon last summer. He’ll back himself to go at least one better this time.

Standard Sport prediction

15:36 , Matt Verri

It has been a huge effort from Arthur Fery to make it this far.

However, it could start to catch up on him. Fery has been keen to play on Court 18 up to this point and the move to Centre will add all sorts of extra emotion to the occasion for him.

It is a stage Dimitrov is used to. Had injury not halted him last year, it is a stage he would have beaten Jannik Sinner on 12 months ago.

This could well be the day British interest in the singles at Wimbledon comes to an end.

Dimitrov to win, straight sets

Settle in...

15:22 , Matt Verri

Alexandra Eala has just won the second set on Centre.

Her match with Jasmine Paolini is going to a decider on a very hot afternoon in south London.

Fery and Dimitrov likely now about an hour away from taking to the court.

How to watch

15:07 , Matt Verri

As ever, BBC have full coverage of Wimbledon.

BBC One is what you need this afternoon, through to 6pm. If the action goes on beyond that, get ready to switch over to BBC Two.

And of course, BBC iPlayer will have the match in full as well.

Start time

14:54 , Matt Verri

This match will be the second on Centre this afternoon.

It will follow the conclusion of Paolini vs Eala, with those two currently going toe-to-toe.

Paolini won the first set and it’s on serve in the second. If she wins this set, Fery and Dimitrov could be on at around 3:45pm.

Good afternoon!

Hello and welcome to Standard Sport’s LIVE coverage of Arthur Fery vs Grigor Dimitrov!

Can Fery keep the British flag flying for at least another couple of days at Wimbledon?

It is already by far his best showing at a Grand Slam but he is now looking to reach the quarter-finals at SW19 for the first time.

Dimitrov, though, is once again showing some of his best form on the grass-courts. He goes into today’s match as the favourite.
