Arsonists thought to be behind Cabot Circus toilet blaze

Arsonists are thought to behind a fire in the toilets of a Bristol shopping centre today.

Firefighters from Bedminster Fire Station dealt with the blaze at Cabot Circus using a high pressure hose reel.

In a tweet, firefighters said: "#RedWatch dealt with a deliberate fire in the toilets of @CabotCircus today. 2 firefighters wearing breathing apparatus and carrying a high pressure hose reel extinguished the small fire."

Meanwhile, south of Bristol, a barn of hay and farm machinery including a tractor were alight at a barn Clutton.

Crews from Bedminster and Temple used fans to accelerate the burning process while monitoring the surrounding areas.
