Arsenal do not have right-back Takehiro Tomiyasu available as they return to action against Wolves in the Premier League tonight.
The right-back was struggling with a calf injury before the mid-season break, but he has been training recently.
“He had a recurring injury in the same place so we have to be careful with him, but he’s been training hard,” said Mikel Arteta ahead of the game.
Cedric Soares gets the nod to start as a result.
Bernd Leno is absent from the squad after testing positive for Covid-19.
Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey are back from suspensions and start in midfield. Mohamed Elneny and Nicolas Pepe have also returned from the Africa Cup of Nations and are on the bench.
Arsenal XI: Ramsdale; Cedric, White, Gabriel, Tierney; Partey, Xhaka; Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli; Lacazette.
Subs: Okonkwo, Awe, Tavares, Holding, Elneny, Lokonga, Smith Rowe, Pepe, Nketiah.
