Mikel Arteta is sweating over the fitness of three Arsenal stars heading into the final Premier League weekend against Wolves, with three other players already confirmed to be missing the clash. The Gunners would have been hopeful that this was the clash that would see them parade the title around to fans at the Emirates Stadium.
However, things haven't transpired that way as a dip in form saw Manchester City take advantage and secure the trophy for themselves. The match will still be a time to reflect on the campaign that has been, where the side have taken strides towards being at the top once again.
"Now is about finishing the season in style and providing a great performance and a victory in front of our people," Arteta said in preview of the tie. "Show our gratitude and receive a lot of the incredible energy that they have given us throughout the season and start to build for the next season.

"We have to wrap it up in the best possible way, it’s been some journey full of emotions and something to look forward to which at the end we haven’t achieved. Looking with a bit of perspective, there are a lot of things not only on the field that happened at the club that deserves a lot of credit for a lot of people."
The season ending on a high could be hampered by some injury concerns though as William Saliba, Takehiro Tomiyasu and Mohamed Elneny are confirmed as missing from the clash due to long standing issues. However, there are three other concerns heading into the match with Wolves.
Arteta revealed that Bukayo Saka, Reiss Nelson and Leandro Trossard are all facing late fitness tests ahead of the game, telling the media: "We had some issues this week. In the last few weeks some players have been unable to play and participate in the games with Reiss [Nelson, ill vs Forest] and we had a little issue with Bukayo [Saka] as well which has been going on for a few weeks [and] with Leo [Trossard]."
