Arteta is expected to bring plenty of his big names back for the game after most of them played minimal parts on Tuesday.
David Raya is set to replace Aaron Ramsdale in goal, while all of Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Jesus will almost certainly feature.
Gabriel Martinelli is also set to make his return, with Arteta confirming the Brazilian has recovered from illness.
For Brighton, Danny Welbeck will be assessed for the meeting with his former side. Joel Veltman could come in at right-back.
