Last season ended in agony for Arsenal as they were pipped to the final Champions League spot by bitter rivals Tottenham.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is hoping to break into Europe's biggest competition this season and has been backed in the transfer market so far. Arsenal have spent more than £100million on five players - Gabriel Jesus, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Matt Turner, Marquinhos and Fabio Vieira - and more recruits could be on their way in the coming weeks.
But which players are on their radar? Here, Mirror Football lists the latest transfer rumours from the Emirates... including updates on two potential departures.
Tielemans still on shortlist
Leicester midfielder Youri Tielemans remains a transfer target for the Gunners... but they are yet to submit an offer.
That's according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, who believes the Belgium international wants to leave Leicester this summer. The 25-year-old has just one year remaining on his contract and is reportedly not interested in signing a fresh deal before September.
Speaking to the Que Golazo YouTube channel, Romano claimed Arsenal are still in contact with Tielemans and his representatives. No bid has been submitted to Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers and other clubs are thought to be monitoring his situation.

Tielemans has more than 400 club games and 52 senior caps under his belt. He scored the winning goal against Chelsea in the FA Cup final 14 months ago and has also lifted two Belgian league titles, two Belgian Super Cups and the Community Shield during his career.
"There’s no update at all," said Rodgers earlier this month. "He’s [Tielemans] an amazing guy to work with. He’s just re-joined the club [for pre-season] and he’s pretty much the same. In training he’s very committed. He’s happy in his work and he’s happy at the club.
"But naturally with a year in his contract he may feel he has to look at everything for him and his family. But I certainly know he’s committed while he is here. I’ll have a good chat with Youri next week to get privately what he’s thinking. But it won’t change, whether he’s leaving or staying for another five years, he’ll still be super committed."
Tavares set to leave
It's believed a number of European sides are hoping to sign Nuno Tavares this summer following Zinchenko's arrival at the Emirates.
Arteta is expected to allow the Portugal youth international, 22, to leave Arsenal on loan in the coming weeks. Zinchenko will offer cover for Kieran Tierney at left-back, allowing Tavares to complete a temporary spell away from London and gain valuable experience.
Tavares joined Arsenal from Benfica 12 months ago but struggled to impress during his debut season, making 28 appearances in all competitions. He was memorably taken off during the first half of Arsenal's FA Cup defeat to Nottingham Forest in January.
According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Napoli are leading the race for Tavares' signature. Yet fellow transfer guru Romano claims Atalanta are the favourites to sign the Arsenal defender. Brighton and Marseille are also believed to be interested in him.
Balogun on the move?
Folarin Balogun is a target for French side Reims, according to L'Equipe via The Sun.
The 21-year-old is yet to score his first Premier League goal for Arsenal and spent the second half of last term on loan at Championship side Middlesbrough, finding the net just three times. Another loan looks likely... and a permanent move could even happen.
It's believed Reims has identified Balogun as a replacement for Hugo Ekitike. The 20-year-old completed a season-long loan deal to PSG earlier - with an option to buy - earlier this summer. Ekitike impressed for Reims in Ligue 1 last season, scoring 10 goals.
Balogun still has three years left on his contract - signed only 12 months ago - but is valued at just £3.6m by Transfermarkt. Arsenal are unlikely to accept such an offer for the US-born striker and it's believed Reims will not break the bank for him.
