Declan Rice deal expected by Monday
West Ham hope to agree payment terms with Arsenal for a deal to sign Declan Rice by Monday, according to the Sun.
The Gunners have agreed a deal in principle to sign Rice for an initial fee of £100million, with an additional £5million in add-ons. Now, it is claimed that sources close to the deal expect negotiations to conclude by the start of next week.
Granit Xhaka twist
football.london reported last month that Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka was in advanced talks to sign for Bayer Leverkusen in a deal worth €15million (£13million), with a contract until 2027.

But now, the Mirror have claimed that the north Londoners may have changed their stance, keen to fetch around £20million for the Swiss captain instead.
Jurrien Timber talks
Ajax defender Jurrien Timber looks to be edging closer to a move to Arsenal.
The Gunners had an opening bid of £30million rebuffed by the Dutch giants last week, football.london understands. A second offer has since been submitted by the north Londoners, football.london understands, with personal terms on a deal until 2028 already agreed with the 22-year-old.
Now, the Evening Standard have reported that Arsenal and Ajax and both keen to wrap up a deal and talks are expected to accelerate this weekend. Timber is said to have pushed to join the Gunners despite interest from German side Bayern Munich as he has been impressed by Mikel Arteta's project.
