Arsenal remain locked in talks with West Ham over their £105million bid to sign Declan Rice as the two clubs thrash out an agreement.

The Gunners’ latest offer comprised of an initial fee of £100m plus £5m in add-ons, which would make Rice the second most expensive British player in history.
