Galatasaray defender Sacha Boey, who has been heavily linked with a transfer to Arsenal, will cost €25 million (£21.6 million).
That is according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, who has claimed that it is still a 'quiet situation' regarding Boey and the north Londoners, who are keen to bolster their defensive options this summer, football.london understands. "For Boey at the moment, I’m just told that they are informed on the conditions of the deal, €25m (£21.6 million) price tag,” Romano told GiveMeSport.
"I’m not aware of any direct contract between Arsenal and his agent in terms of negotiations, so at the moment it’s still a quiet situation." Boey has established himself as one of the most consistent right-backs in the Turkish top-flight in recent years, helping Galatasaray clinch the Super Lig title this season - their first league title since 2019.

That kind of form hasn't gone unnoticed either, with the Gunners said to be monitoring the 22-year-old's situation ahead of the summer transfer window. Arsenal endured a number of injury problems in defence last season as backup right-back Takehiro Tomiyasu suffered a serious knee issue back in March.
Tomiyasu has been sidelined since and Arteta has hinted that the Japanese international is likely to face an extended time on the treatment table, forcing Ben White to play all but seven minutes of the Gunners' last 11 Premier League fixtures last term. Since then, the north London outfit have been linked with a number of right-backs, including the aforementioned Boey, as well as Manchester CIty's Joao Cancelo and Real Valladolid youngster Ivan Fresneda.
