Here's the latest Arsenal transfer roundup on Tuesday, August 23.
Barcelona make Bellerin pledge
Barcelona have asked Hector Bellerin to wait until the end of the window to make a move to the Catalonian club this summer, according to Diario Sport. The Arsenal full-back continues to be linked with an exit, having spent the previous campaign on loan at Real Betis and failing to be included so far in Mikel Arteta's plans this campaign.
Bellerin spent some of his youth career with the Nou Camp outfit at La Masia before he joined the Gunners to come through their ranks. With their financial predicament, it remains to be seen whether they can make a move late in the day.
