Arsenal defender Nuno Tavares has been linked with a transfer exit from the Emirates this summer.
The Portuguese left-back struggled to impress last term and could leave the club after a difficult debut season. Tavares' struggles were highlighted when manager Mikel Arteta hooked the 22-year-old off the pitch after half an hour during Arsenal's FA Cup third-round tie against Nottingham Forrest in January.
football.london understands Arsenal have agreed a £32million deal to sign Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City, with the Ukraine international set to sign a four-year deal. City are targeting Brighton's Marc Cucurella as his replacement, leaving Graham Potter's side looking at Tavares as a possible short-term option to replace the Spanish fullback on the south coast.
