With the January transfer window now open, Arsenal could dip into the market for some additions to their squad as they look to win the Premier League title.
Since the 2022/23 season began, it's become clear that Arsenal are in need of added depth in the squad, particularly in attack. Options are sparse on either wing, with the likes of Cody Gakpo, Mykhaylo Mudryk and Danilo just some of the names linked with a move to the Emirates in January.
After failing to sign Douglas Luiz from Aston Villa on transfer deadline day in the summer, a new midfielder could also be an option for Mikel Arteta, with a few more signings potentially enough to help push the Gunners to the Premier League title. And, with Gabriel Jesus set for a spell on the sidelines, it leaves Eddie Nketiah as the only recognised striker in the first team, the same situation as at the end of last season.
