Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke is reportedly keen on adding another property to his portfolio in the United States of America.
The Missouri native is said to be 'interested' in buying the Malibu Village shopping centre, which is located on the Pacific Coast Highway in the area of Malibu in California. According to the website CoStar, Kroenke set up a company titled Malibu Village LLC which could hint at an impending move for the property.
Kroenke recently moved the Los Angeles Rams National Football League team from St Louis to the City of Angels back in 2016 and also owns the Los Angeles Gladiators and Los Angeles Guerrillas esports teams. Jamestown, a real estate investment business that is based in Atlanta, is the owner of Malibu Village having bought the shopping centre for $120million back in May 2014.
