What Arsenal players did during power cut
Arsenal remain top of the league after scraping to a 1-0 victory over Leeds United despite a disappointing display. The game got off to a bizarre start as a power cut which took out the VAR TV feed and goal line technology saw it delayed by roughly 40 minutes.
When things got back underway, Leeds caused the Gunners a few issues with Luis Sinisterra going close on a couple of occasions, but it was Arsenal who took the lead when Bukayo Saka finished superbly from a tight angle after a bizarre back-pass from Rodrigo had been intercepted.
Leeds came back out reinvigorated though and half time substitute Patrick Bamford made a huge impact. William Saliba then gave away a penalty for a poor handball, but got out of jail when Bamford put it wide.

Balogun exit fears
Arsenal youngster Folarin Balogun has failed to rule out the possibility of leaving the club in the future, claiming he is leaving the door open to potential opportunities. It comes as the striker impresses on loan at Reims in France, having scored six goals so far - more than Lionel Messi.
Guardiola admission
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has praised the work of Mikel Arteta so far and claims that Arsenal are "back" after their ideal start to the campaign. The Gunners have put themselves in the conversation for a title push, with champions Manchester City putting pressure on that possibility, despite their 1-0 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield.
