Mikel Arteta was far from happy in his Aston Villa pre-match press conference, choosing to once again point out his displeasure at the Premier League's scheduling.
The Gunners were forced to play Liverpool on Wednesday evening, just days after playing Leicester City. On Saturday they take on Aston Villa and come face to face with in-form playmaker Philippe Coutinho, who Arteta has admitted was a target for the club before turning their attention elsewhere.
During the defeat to Liverpool, goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale made a rare mistake and has been told by former Gunner Paul Merson to not end up like ex-England goalkeeper David James.
Here are Mirror Football's latest Arsenal headlines.

Arteta's Premier League fury
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has hit back at the Premier League over the fixture schedule
The Gunners were given very little time to recover and rest after beating Leicester City on Sunday afternoon, with Liverpool visiting the Emirates Stadium just days later - a match they went on to lose 2-0. The same will happen again next month when they Chelsea on Wednesday, April 20th and then take on Manchester United on Saturday's early kick-off.
The Spaniard has now once again addressed the league and voiced his displeasure as to what he believes is not a fair situation for his club.
Coutinho was an option
Philippe Coutinho has been a revelation since returning to the Premier League in January and Mikel Arteta has said that his Arsenal side were admirers of his talents.
The former Liverpool playmaker is on loan at Aston Villa from Spanish giants Barcelona and has been a difference-maker in Steven Gerrard's side. The Gunners were linked with a move for the Brazilian and Arteta has admitted that they were interested in securing his services.
But ultimately, Arsenal ended up turning their attention to a different player and will face Coutinho's Villa in the Premier League on Saturday.
Merson's Ramsdale message
Aaron Ramsdale arrived in the summer from relegated Sheffield United and has gone from strength to strength between the sticks this season.
The England goalkeeper has put himself in contention for the starting national job and was called up by Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate for the upcoming friendlies. However, Ramsdale made a rare mistake in Arsenal's 2-0 loss to Liverpool in their midweek clash.
And former Gunner Paul Merson has given Ramsdale some helpful advice to prevent him from following in the footsteps of ex-England shot-stopper David James.
