Odegaard praises signings
Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard has praised the summer signings of Oleksandr Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus from Manchester City, believing they have been an important part of the Gunners' impressive Premier League form.
After winning several trophies at Manchester City, Zinchenko and Jesus joined Arsenal at the start of the season, arriving for £32million and £45million, respectively.
Attacking midfielder Odegaard is at the centre of most of the brilliant moves the Gunners have put together this season, and he believes that the relationships in the squad and the signings made in the summer window have given Arsenal an extra edge mentally.

Arsenal interested in Algerian wonderkid
Premier League leaders Arsenal and Spanish club Sevilla are interested in Toulouse attacking midfielder Fares Chaibi after an impressive start to life in Ligue 1.
A report from French outlet Foot Mercato claims that the Algerian wonderkid is of interest to Arsenal and Sevilla, having joined the club from Lyon's academy in 2019.
In his first season of senior football, Chaibi has made 13 Ligue 1 appearances for Toulouse, scoring two goals and grabbing four assists.
The 19-year-old has a contract with the French club until 2025, but Arsenal, if interested, will certainly be tracking his progress following such an impressive start to senior football at a high level.
Martinez Arsenal snub explained
Ajax chief and former Manchester United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar has lifted the lid on the interest the Dutch club received in the summer from Arsenal and Manchester United regarding Lisandro Martinez.
Man United were his chosen destination in the end, and although Arsenal made a formal approach for the defender, van der Sar revealed the club did not even enter negotiations with the Gunners.
Ajax chief and former United goalkeeper Van der Sar told The Athletic: "Arsenal came earlier for Lisandro, but it was an amount where we said, 'Thank you very much for the offer, but we'd rather keep the player than start negotiating'.
