Arsenal new kit 2023/24 leak emerges with Premier League title hint

A new image of Arsenal's potential home shirt for next season has emerged online.

The website Footy Headlines has shared what they claim is a picture of a replica home shirt for the 2023/24 campaign with a release date set for Friday, June 9. That is only a month away, with next season set to be a big one for the Gunners having sealed a return to the Champions League with a Premier League title race ongoing.

The purportedly 'leaked' image shows a classic red and white design from Adidas with the Fly Emirates sponsor adorning the centre of the shirt. A gold trim rounds off the design, with the Adidas badge, Visit Rwanda shirt sponsor and iconic three stripes all in gold.

Gunners fans will be hoping the gold Premier League champions badge completes the look, with Mikel Arteta's side one point behind City at the top of the Premier League with three games of their season left.

Arsenal supporters will note the gold trim and its similarity to the 2004-05 home kit, which was a nod to the club's history as Arsene Wenger's side prepared to leave Highbury for the Emirates Stadium.

That kit, too, featured a gold trim.

"That gold EPL crest is going to hit on this kit," one Arsenal fan said on social media while another added: "Gold would hit differently with a league win."

"It would have been perfect to win the league and play in gold the following season," a third supporter said.

Adidas, meanwhile, look to have hit upon another winning design with the German manufacturer recently extending its agreement with Arsenal in September.

"The long-term nature of our extension means there's a real commitment to build on this brilliant collaboration," Arsenal's chief commercial officer Juliet Slot said at the time.
