Arsenal have been told they need more summer signings to close the gap on north London rivals Tottenham this season. The Gunners have already made a number of additions in the window as they look to make a return to the Champions League.
Marquinhos, Matt Turner, Fabio Vieira and Gabriel Jesus have all joined Mikel Arteta’s project at the Emirates Stadium in the hope of improving their chances for the upcoming campaign. Four additions could soon become five though as Arsenal have reached an agreement with Manchester City for Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The fee is set at £30million, while personal terms are still to be agreed. The 25-year-old would solve a problem both at the back and the midfield in depth.
