Celtic talent Matt O'Riley has delivered a significant transfer verdict on his future following links to Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool.
Mikel Arteta has made it clear that he wants one or two more signings to join the Gunners before the summer transfer window shuts later this week. Technical director Edu has already secured five new first-team signings in the form of Gabriel Jesus, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Fabio Vieira, Matt Turner and Marquinhos.
Arsenal have spent in excess of £100million for the second successive summer, and after focusing on outgoing transfers this month, Edu now faces a busy final few days in the transfer market. Youri Tielemans has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium all summer, but Celtic midfielder O'Riley has emerged as a possible signing this week.

The young midfielder has shone for Celtic since signing from MK Dons in January for just £1.5million. The 21-year-old proved to be a key player in helping Ange Postecoglou's side win the Scottish Premiership title last term, and according to ESPN, Arsenal and United are among a gaggle of clubs that could make a bid for O'Riley before Thursday's transfer deadline.
The talented youngster has since played down speculation over his future and admitted he is solely focused on performing for the Scottish champions. O'Riley told Bold: "Yes, there are some clubs who have inquired about me. I can't say which clubs, though.
"While it's great to know there's a lot of interest in me, I've only got one thing on my mind, and that's to do well for Celtic. I have no plans to leave Celtic, so if nothing happens, nothing happens, and that's fine.
"I'm really happy to be at the club where we're also going to play the Champions League, which I'm really looking forward to. It's huge. I am aware and have heard about the interest from some of the big clubs, but I must admit that it is not something that I think about so much."
It remains to be seen as to whether Arsenal will make a formal bid for the midfielder, with Arteta hoping the club can get one or two more deals over the line before Thursday's deadline.
