Arsenal legend David Seaman in surprise Harry Kane prediction in North London Derby for Tottenham

David Seaman senses the inevitable as Arsenal travel across North London for the biggest game of Tottenham's season this weekend. Spurs go head to head with their rivals once more and do it with a point to prove after being comfortably beaten 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium earlier this season.

As is standard derby procedure though, form goes out the window instinct may well take over. For Antonio Conte it will be a chance to rouse his team and get them going off the memories of one of the biggest wins in his tenure. Tottenham's 3-1 win at the end of last season helped them beat Mikel Arteta'a men into the Champions League.

The battle is different this term though with the Gunners already 11 points ahead with a game in hand. They are fighting for the title and Tottenham for the top four, having dropped out following the form of Manchester United in recent weeks.

Spurs have only won one of their last four against Arteta's men but hold a very helpful trick up their sleeve, one that could be the deciding factor in the game. Harry Kane, who has already raced to 15 goals this season, is the scourge of Arsenal. His record in derbies is second to none and has seen him scored three in the last two meetings.

With 14 in 16 league games, he is also approaching another landmark as he prepares to overtake Jimmy Greaves as Tottenham's all-time top-scorer. Sat on 265 going into the game Kane only needs one more to equal the record and two to become the outright leader.

Such is his record, Seaman has a bad feeling that it could be done on Sunday. Speaking on his own Seaman Says podcast he explained his fears: “There’s something on my mind about this North London derby. Somebody’s really close to a goalscoring record. Ugh, man. Please no! We’d never hear the end of that. I was listening to the radio this morning and I was like ‘Oh no’. I don’t want that to happen at all.”

Kane has only failed to score in four of his league North London Derbies and has nine in seven at home. With Tottenham looking for added inspiration for the game it could be due to come from their talisman.
