Arsenal have been handed a fresh fitness concern after Declan Rice was struck down with illness ahead of their Champions League clash against Club Brugge.

The Gunners have been dealing with an injury crisis in defence of late, with first-choice centre-backs William Saliba and Gabriel missing Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at Aston Villa and Cristhian Mosquera also sidelined.
