Arsenal are in talks with Bayer Leverkusen star Moussa Diaby's agent ahead of the summer transfer window. The Gunners retain an interest in the French winger as they plan to bolster their attacking options heading into next season.
According to CIES Football Observatory, Diaby is valued at €60million (£53million) with his contract set to expire in 2025 meaning Leverkusen could demand a huge fee for his services. The 23-year-old was linked with a switch to Newcastle last summer but opted to stay in Germany, with the Gunners now thought to be eyeing a potential summer swoop for Diaby.
Borussia Dortmund star Julian Brandt has also been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium, but Diaby's attributes and play style certainly fit in with Mikel Arteta's style of play and attacking ideas. The Leverkusen star has scored 11 goals and provided a further six assists in 32 appearances so far this season and could prove to be a smart addition if the Gunners are able to meet the Diaby's valuation.
