Arsenal icon Nigel Winterburn believes Granit Xhaka has had a 'new lease of life' at the Emirates Stadium and has highlighted two summer signings as the key difference makers so far this season for the Gunners.

Gabriel Jesus has not scored in his last five games but has vowed to end his goal drought and return to his brilliant form that has seen him score five goals and provide five assists so far this term.
Granit Xhaka was convinced by Arteta to stay in north London and has been influential in helping Arsenal stay top of the table, scoring crucial goals against PSV Eindhoven and the Saints last week. The Gunners chose to stick with Arteta after missing out on a top four spot last term, a decision which looks to be paying off this season.
