Arsenal legend Lauren has praised Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka's "strong mentality" in forcing his way back into Erik ten Hag's plans after his performance against the Gunners on Sunday.
Upon Erik ten Hag's arrival at Old Trafford, Wan-Bissaka's future looked to be in serious jeopardy. Diogo Dalot had cemented himself as the new manager's first-choice right-back and the 25-year-old was not getting any opportunities.
However, since the World Cup, Dalot has been struggling with muscular injuries and Wan-Bissaka has managed to receive more game time. Not only is he holding his own in the United defence, but he is also consistently putting in stellar performances.

Wan-Bissaka may have found himself on the losing side at the Emirates Stadium but Lauren told FairBettingSites that the full-back impressed him in North London after managing to force his way back into Erik ten Hag's plans. He explained: "Aaron Wan-Bissaka had some very good moments against Arsenal and he still has time to improve, he's a very good player.
"The fact he plays for Man United shows he has a strong mentality so I'm not surprised he has improved and made his way back into the starting XI." While praising Wan-Bissaka, Lauren also offered some transfer advice for the Reds.
Arsenal's invincible winning defender has told Ten Hag that he must attempt to sign Napoli's central midfielder, and fellow Cameroonian, Frank Anguissa. MEN Sport understands that United are open to another move for Frenkie de Jong in the future and the Reds showed their lack of midfield depth during the defeat to the Gunners.
Anguissa has established himself in the Serie A leader's starting line-up this season making 23 appearances in all competitions. Explaining why United should move for the 27-year-old, Lauren added: "André-Frank Zambo Anguissa is a great player and has had a great experience in Italy.
"He would be a great addition to any Premier League teams who need a midfielder like Man United or Liverpool. Anguissa has experience with Fulham too, so he'll know how to play in England."
The midfielder's current contract at Napoli expires in 2025.
