Here is your Arsenal transfer roundup on Monday, November 21.
Major Tielemans transfer boost
Arsenal have been handed a huge boost in their efforts to sign Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans in the upcoming January transfer window. The Gunners could be one of the more active sides in the winter market as they continue their push at the top of the table.
An area that may be looked at is in the midfield, with Arteta failing to make a late move for Aston Villa star Douglas Luiz on deadline day back in the summer. The Brazilian has since signed a new contract, meaning focus may turn elsewhere when it comes to finding depth.
One of those targets could be Leicester City midfielder Tielemans, who is continually linked with a switch to the Emirates Stadium as he nears the final months of his contract. While this could see the Belgian leave for free then or below market value in January, the Daily Mail claims that the Foxes are confident they can tie him down to a new deal.

While that could prove to be a huge blow to the Gunners, Fabrizio Romano claims that the plans for the midfielder are somewhat different. Speaking to CaughtOffside, he said: "The priority for Tielemans is to find a new club on free transfer, there are still no changes on this."
Gunners transfer priority outlined
Arsenal are one of a number of sides expected to be busy during the January transfer window as the Gunners look to reinforce their squad for the rest of the season. There may be a few areas that Arteta could point towards for further signings, with the midfield and wide areas being two that are issues once injuries hit.
According to Fabrizio Romano, it's the latter that could be solved as the reporter claims that Arsenal's transfer priority is Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mykhaylo Mudryk. The Ukraine international has impressed over the past few months on both the international stage and in the Champions League and has been strongly linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium.
It's led to plenty of interest, though the youngster has continually dropped hints over his desire to make a move to North London over anywhere else.
That could well be matched with a move as Romano told GiveMeSport: "I think the main priority is Mudryk. The player they want is Mudryk. It’s about the price because Shakhtar have been really strong in negotiations for more than a year. They want big money for Mudryk & it is not easy.”
Scouts sent to USMNT starlet
Arsenal have reportedly sent scouts to watch FC Dallas forward Jesus Ferreira. The youngster is set to kick off his World Cup campaign with the USA national team today against Wales alongside Gunners goalkeeper Matt Turner.
Ferreira has scored 36 goals and assisted another 21 for Dallas in 124 appearances since moving from FC Tulsa. He's an out-and-out number nine and a player for the future.
According to GiveMeSport, the Gunners have sent scouts to watch him but they face competition from Bundesliga sides.
