Former Liverpool favourite Luis Suarez may have been the ultimate wind-up merchant, but Aaron Ramsdale thinks the Uruguayan has mellowed with age.
Arsenal's table-topping goalkeeper has been asked to rank some of football's most notorious masters of the dark-arts for an ESPN segment and the ex-Reds marksman was included in a listed of cunning big names.
But while the likes of Jamie Vardy, Sergio Ramos, Diego Costa and World Cup winner Emiliano Martinez were all classified as 'Masters of the dark arts' or 'Wind-up merchants' by Ramsdale, the England international went a little easier on former PFA Footballer of the Year Suarez.

Ranking the ex-Barcelona star, Ramsdale said: "Cheeky scally. It speaks for itself, I think he winds people up when he scores more than anything I think. He's still got his dark arts but I think over time he's mellowed a bit."
After unsuccessfully trying to force through a move to the Gunners himself, 'El Pistolero' eventually left Liverpool in 2014 to move to the Nou Camp, where he forged a hugely successful attacking partnership with Lionel Messi and Neymar Jnr.
Suarez was never sent off in his three and a half seasons at Anfield but was twice suspended for lengthy periods and suffered further time away from the pitch after biting Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini on the shoulder during the 2014 World Cup.
The 36-year-old eventually departed European football in 2022, and now plies his trade for Gremio in the Brazilian Serie A.
