Arsenal striker Gabriel Jes us has posted an encouraging new update on his recovery from a serious knee injury.

The Brazilian international suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear during an FA Cup tie against Manchester United in mid-January and was subsequently ruled out for the rest of the season as he underwent surgery.
