Wolves' defeat yesterday means Arsenal can guarantee a top-six finish and European football if they beat West Ham this afternoon, as Mikel Arteta's side continues its push for Champions League qualification.
The Gunners head to the London Stadium in good form following two huge wins against Chelsea and Manchester United. Meanwhile, West Ham find themselves in a different situation, with a crucial second leg Europa League tie awaiting them at Eintracht Frankfurt next week.
Despite that, David Moyes is fielding a strong side that includes the likes of Declan Rice and Jarrod Bowen. Arteta meanwhile has been forced to make a change at the back due to Ben White having a tight hamstring. Rob Holding replaces him while Takehiro Tomiyasu starts at right-back. The only other change is in attack, where Gabriel Martinelli has come in for Emile Smith Rowe, who is named on the bench.

Arsenal starting XI vs West Ham - Ramsdale; Tomiyasu, Holding, Gabriel, Tavares; Elneny, Xhaka, Odegaard; Saka, Nketiah, Martinelli
Ben White's absence along with West Ham's team selection has added an extra sense of nerves ahead of kick-off. Here is how the Arsenal fans reacted to the Gunners' starting XI on Twitter.
@GeorgeOkello: Perfect line up away to West Ham (Tomi/Gabi). Just a shame about Ben White. Passing presence will be missed (compounded by Partey injury as well). Still at least Odegaard has the freedom to get forward with Elneny and Xhaxa behind him. 3-1 win? Let’s get em.
@afcnine: Happy with that. Let’s get the 3 points, UP THE GUN.
@lunjunnn: And he starts!!!! So happy Tomiyasu is back in the starting XI, missed him.
@Sbaba_NRB: Good going forward. Just missing Ben White at the back!
@desire_ijay1: I can't even lie, Elneny has been giving me that Sergio Busquets vibes lately. Hope he continues to hold it down alongside Xhaka.
@Nemz45: Gutted white is out but come on boys let's go and get that 3 points.
@Hellbanana98: Great to see tomi back but might be too soon to start him? White out big blow.
