Both Arsenal and Chelsea have discovered their group stage opponents for this season's Women's Champions League. Both clubs have been handed tough draws against teams with recent success in the competition.
Arsenal have been drawn with eight-time winners and reigning European champions Lyon in Group C, with Juventus and Zurich also joining them. Juventus are the Italian champions, so Arsenal will face difficult competition when it comes to qualifying for the knockout stages, with the top two teams in each group progressing. Jonas Eidevall's side made the quarter-finals last term, beaten by German outfit Wolfsburg over two legs.
Chelsea failed to progress to the knockout stages last season and the Blues have been drawn in a group with Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Vllaznia. Real knocked out Manchester City in qualifying, while PSG made the semi-finals of the competition last season.
