The key Arsenal transfer headlines on Monday, July 25.
Youri Tielemans chase
Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans remains a target for Arsenal this summer, reports journalist Ekrem Konur. The Belgian has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates with just 12 months remaining on his deal, however, an offer is yet to be made in the window.
football.london understands a midfielder remains a top priority for the Gunners heading into the remaining weeks of the transfer market.

Bernd Leno rejection
Arsenal have rejected an offer from Fulham for goalkeeper Bernd Leno, reports CBS Sports journalist James Benge. The Germany international has struggled for game time since the arrival of Aaron Ramsdale last summer, opening up the potential of a move away this summer.
Fulham have agreed personal terms with the 30-year-old, but the offer fell short of the Gunners' asking price, coming to £10million with add-ons.
Pablo Mari exit
Fenerbahce have made contact with Arsenal over a move for centre-back Pablo Mari, says Rudy Galetti. The 28-year-old spent the latter half of last season on loan at Udinese, but seems lower down the pecking order of centre-backs, leading to a potential exit this summer.
