Arsenal confirmed team news vs PSV as Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka start in strong Gunners XI

Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka start for Arsenal in a strong looking lineup for their Europa League group stage clash with PSV at the Emirates Stadium. The pair were both involved in Sunday's win over Leeds and start as Mikel Arteta seeks to claim top spot in group A, guaranteeing the Gunners' safe passage into the round of 16.

Arteta's hand may have been slightly forced, however, after Gabriel Martinelli missed training yesterday with an illness. The Brazilian is on the bench, so it is not considered serious.

Plenty of other Gunners' first-team players are named in the starting lineup. Takehiro Tomiyasu, Gabriel and Granit Xhaka all start again after being involved at Elland Road.

Among the changes are Matt Turner, who comes in in goal and Kieran Tierney, who returns to the side at left-back. Rob Holding is in defence, while Albert Sambi Lokonga comes into the midfield with Fabio Vieira.

There is a strong substitutes bench in case things go wrong for Arsenal on the night. Included among it are Martin Odegaard and Thomas Partey, as well as youngsters Catalin Cirijan and Khayon Edwards.

Arsenal starting XI vs PSV - Turner; Tomiyasu, Holding, Gabriel, Tierney; Lokonga, Xhaka, Vieira; Saka, Nketiah, Jesus.
