Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham fans may all be impacted by new issues affecting the train company Avanti West Coast in the coming weeks and months. They are responsible for travel to the west of the country from destinations such as London, with travelling supporters facing possible concerns over their mode of transport.
Taking to Twitter on Monday, Avanti tweeted: "From 14 Aug until further notice, we'll be introducing a reduced timetable. This is due to the current industrial relations climate, resulting in severe staff shortages through increased sickness, as well as unofficial strike action by ASLEF members."
It currently remains to be seen exactly how much this will impact the services travelling in the next few weeks, given the reduced timetable. For the Gunners, Blues and Spurs, it could result in some awkward trips to other Premier League opponents in the near-future.

In terms of fellow top flight destinations that run on the Avanti West Coast line, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham all fall within their jurisdiction. That alone could make as many as six fixtures tough for travelling fans, with Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Everton, Aston Villa and Wolves all falling within those areas on the train journey.
Chelsea's next trip to any of these clubs will be Aston Villa in mid-October, giving over two-months for the issue to be solved or for fans to find alternative modes of transport. Arsenal have a game slightly sooner than that though, with their trip away to Manchester United playing out on Sunday, September 4.
Tottenham make the trip to Manchester just under a week later, facing Manchester City on Saturday, September 10. With no schedule published by Avanti at this stage, it remains to be seen exactly how much impact these issues could have on all three clubs and their travelling support.
