Arsenal's pursuit of West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice has been dominating headlines during the first few weeks of the summer transfer window.
The Gunners identified Rice as their priority target for the summer and have so far seen two bids rejected by the Hammers, who are keen to hold out for at least £100 million if they are to part ways with their captain. The most recent of these offers came last week, which was £75m, plus £15m in add-ons.
football.london understands that the north Londoners will get their man if they either table a bid that exceeds £100m or one which guarantees a significant fee is paid upfront. But they will need to move quick considering Manchester City are also keen on the England international.
