According to Palmeiras star, Dudu, teammate Danilo Oliveira is a ‘complete player’ who ‘needs to play’ for a club like Arsenal or Manchester United.
The Gunners will be on the hunt for at least one midfielder this summer after it being made clear that Mikel Arteta's side are lacking depth in the position. Plenty of names have been uttered, and Oliveira is arguably someone who fits the bill. At just the age of 20, Oliveira is already beginning to show his qualities in Brazil. The youngster has played 96 times for Palmeiras and despite being a defensive midfielder, the £19.8million star - as valued on transfermarkt - has contributed to 14 goals.
For that reason, Dudu thinks he could play for a top European club, namely Arsenal or Manchester United: “For me, he’s a guy who needs to play in the Premier League,” he told ESPN, via teamtalk. “He’s a boy who gives his life, who plays, defends.”

“I always tell him: ‘You have to play at Manchester United, at Arsenal. It’s at those clubs. But you have to be calm, you have to have your head in place’.”
“He’s a player who helps, who marks, who arrives in the attack, who builds plays for the offensive midfielders, who helps in defending,” Dudu added. “I think for me, he is one of the complete players, defensive midfielders, that we have in Brazilian football. We’re lucky that we have him in our team.”
There's been nothing concrete to suggest that either Premier League club are interested at this stage, but if Oliveira continues to progress, it may be an investment worth considering.
