Here is your Arsenal transfer roundup on Monday, November 28.
Arsenal interested in Christian Pulisic
Chelsea star Christian Pulisic is attracting interest from rivals Arsenal and Manchester United in the transfer window, according to recent reports. It comes amid uncertainty over the USMNT international's future, having struggled to earn a place in the team consistently at Stamford Bridge.
The 24-year-old has impressed in the World Cup with USA and after notching an assist for Timothy Weah's goal against Wales, further showed his quality in the 0-0 draw with England where he was awarded the Player of the Match trophy.
Amid the potential he has displayed and the dwindling contract, three clubs are said to be showing interest in an approach, according to the Daily Mail. Those sides are Arsenal, Manchester United and Newcastle, with the latter two already making enquiries over his availability back in August.
Thuram future update
Arsenal have been given a boost in their pursuit of Borussia Monchengladbach star Marcus Thuram whose current contract is set to expire in 2023.
The 25-year-old is away with France at the World Cup after impressing in Germany, and with his current deal up in the summer is seeking a move away from Monchengladbach with Chelsea and Spurs also interested and the likelihood of Thuram leaving the club has increased with a new report.
Sports Bild are reporting that Monchengladbach have already began looking for possible Thuram replacements with NK Osijek youngster Dion Drena Beljo and AZ Alkmaar star Vangelis Pavlidi two names on the list.
Okafor transfer blow
Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool are all interested in RB Salzburg forward Noah Okafor who has impressed in Austria since joining from Basel in 2020.
The priority in the forward department for Mikel Arteta and Edu seems to be with Mykhaylo Mudryk, especially after a recent report from The Mirror indicated he could be available at a significantly lower price than the £90million fee reported by The Athletic earlier this month.
Okafor could be a tempting alternative for Arsenal but they will have to move quickly for the Swiss forward following claims made by the chief of a club also in the race for his signature.
