Arsenal and Chelsea may be on red alert after reports state that AS Roma are willing to accept a cut-price deal for striker Tammy Abraham. The England international has impressed with the Italian side since making his move away from the Blues in the previous summer.
In 73 games the forward has had 38 goal involvements from 73 appearances across all competitions, becoming an important player for Jose Mourinho. It has led to plenty of interest in his services, should he become available, with a return to the Premier League seeming most likely.
"I’m in no hurry to get back to the Premier League because I can express my way of playing here," Abraham told Corriere dello Sport in the summer. "In Italy I feel happy in every respect. Believe me, I am not thinking of the future, but only about the present. I focus exclusively on the season that is about to begin, because I want it to be even more rewarding than the first I experienced in Italy.”

It hints that a return to the Premier League may eventually be on the cards and things since the interview may have changed, per recent reports. That's because Italian outlet Radio Radio claims that the Chelsea academy graduate is unhappy and is eyeing a potential exit.
A departure would be possible if a fee could be agreed, with the same report stating around £43million could be enough to land him. That is despite the huge £68.8million buy back clause Chelsea have in his contract, though that doesn't activate until the summer transfer window.
For the Blues, it could offer them a huge opportunity to rectify a potential mistake in letting the forward leave in the first place as they struggle for goals.
The Gunners suffer a similar issue, although injury to Gabriel Jesus has only accentuated their need to sign a striker in a potential change of plans to the January window.
